New Ark Completed! | Holocaust Torah Display Case | ||

Our new ark, built to house all the Torahs which our congregation is privileged to have.
The lovely doors and eternal flame, brought to our temple by members of Bet Tikva, have been incorporated into the design.
This Torah was removed from Louny, Czechoslovakia in 1942, when the Nazis deported the Jews of
Louny. It is one of 1,500 Czech Torahs that were
rescued and loaned to congregations around the world.
