Adult Education at CKI

Our Adult Education programs have included:

• Book Discussions
• Hebrew classes, with an emphasis on understanding Hebrew found in the prayerbook
• discussion groups on topics such as Kashrut, Jewish superstitions, and Jewish beliefs about the afterlife
• a series led by the Rabbi about the divergence of Christianity and Judaism

We are always looking for recommendations for forum topics, programs, books to discuss or other events of interest as well as volunteers to work on the committee. Please contact the Temple office or the chair of the Adult Education committee, Nancy Berkenfeld.
